Dreams are ageless whispers urging you to chase what truly matters. They remind us that life is a journey of growth, learning, and self-discovery. Whether exploring the world anew or having walked its paths for years, dreams fuel our passions and propel us forward, inspiring us to embrace change and create a life that reflects our deepest aspirations. Here are my thoughts on dreams and what opened my eyes to the possibilities beyond age.

Embrace Bold Dreams
I say, dream boldly and let your imagination soar; it's never too late to make dreams real. Your dreams are uniquely yours, and while not everyone will understand them, it's essential to follow your heart and do what brings you happiness, regardless of your age.
In my 50s, I contemplated new ventures. Society often nudges you to prepare for retirement, but I found strength in God for new beginnings. Here I am today, pursuing my dreams. Inspired by an incredible 82-year-old who earned a chaplaincy certificate and preaches at a rehab center, I discovered that you are never too old to pursue new dreams or heed God's calling. Many biblical figures, including Abraham, Moses, and Sarah, were called to fulfill God's purpose and promises in their later years. Similarly, entrepreneurs like Colonel Sanders, Ray Kroc, and Vera Wang found success after starting their journeys later in life.
Passion Doesn’t Fade with Age
Inspired by others and an 82-year-old, I realized that God can use anyone and passion only intensifies with age. Dreams come in all shapes and sizes—whether it's traveling the globe, volunteering for a cause dear to you, starting new career adventures, rediscovering love, or diving into a cherished hobby. The key is to pursue them wholeheartedly and welcome new chapters with an open heart. While age might impose certain limits, where there’s a will, there’s a way. Pursuing new ventures at any age shows resilience and adaptability, finding joy in the journey and trusting your guided path.
Finding Purpose Amidst Uncertainty
As I pursue my dreams, I feel peace as uncertainties fade and purpose emerge. Life’s journey isn't about reaching a destination but savoring each moment and learning from every experience. Stories like the 82-year-old chaplain inspire us to keep moving forward and believing in life's possibilities.
I encourage you to listen to your heart and dare to dream regardless of age. The journey may be uncertain, but it's ripe with growth, self-discovery, and excitement. Embrace it courageously, knowing you’re never too old to dream anew or follow God’s call. Trust your path, and let dreams guide you to a life of purpose.
Reflecting on my journey, I found that the strength to pursue new dreams comes from within and above, fueled by faith and determination. Trust that God’s plan is greater than any fear. Focus On You, Okay! – by taking a leap of faith and follow your dreams.
